Oh, well it sounds like our gyms are diffrent, noone in myn does legs, and there all mexicans who have horrible form.

To anyone starting C-P I recomend knowing yourself enough to know when you need to cut the volume down. I Don’t think I would of ben able to recover by next week if I had gone heavy on the gms.
speaking of GMs I think I’ll keep them in my routine, but only do the top half of the movement, as my lockout needs work
Good work on the PRs lately man. I’ve been stalling on squats for awhile now, but seeing you hit 315 sort of inspired me. Went for it today and fucking nailed it. Pretty easy too. And I did it without wraps ;).

sweet deal. I’ll be using wraps for the next few weeks because they are the only thing I have atm that MIGHT give my knees a bit of break. 315 was easy as hell, I was too suprised to go for more reps. I just fucking owned that weight.
