ALthough there aren’t many lifts for back on there, I will be doing more volume for each. All of my pressing is either working up to a heavy set or two, or 2-3 sets of 8-15 reps. I’m Going to go for a 2plate chinup over the next several weeks after c-p. My back seemed to grow stronger faster with fewer excercises, while pressing seemed to take a lot more.
I always used to do back with my pressing, but now I feel like doing it with legs might be worth trying, I will add biceps on fridays.

Nice, I see u you know how your body adapts. Thats a good skill.
My dad took my car to work because he was going to do the emisions thing or whatever. Except he also took his car key off his keychain, so I can’t lift.
Chocolate mint cytogainer is great so far. Good in milk and water. Also good when mixed with an equal amount of chocolate whey, both in milk and water. Ill get back to you about the cookies n cream gainer sometime too.

I’ve had cookies and cream. It was good, but not as good as vanilla shake.

Then I left. There was some species of whale (bloatitius houswifeasaur?). on the dip machine (we have an assisted one where you can take off the thing you kneel on for no assistance or add weight for more assistance, and some kid spending the whole time I was there attempting to do a single chin on the other station.

sweet. IME gainer shakes taste better then plain whey :). I’v enever had a good chocolate powder, so I’ll deffinately try that next.
Hey man, I know your 15 or 16, does it ever piss you off when some guy asks a fat guy all the way across the gym to spot him, when your right there, that shit happened all the time to me 2 years ago. I was clearly more capable of spotting, but because of my age they wouldnt even ask.

Just about everyone except me in my weightroom is a lightbulb durin gthe summer. There are a few guys who are pretty big, but they don’t do legs when I’m there.
I actually had a guy who was doing RP smith squats offer me a spot when I took 300 for a ride a few weeks back. He had pretty big legs.
