2x5 @ 45
1x5 @ 55
1x5 @ 65
1x5 @ 75
5x5 @ 85 ( so up another five from last time, and still feelin good!!! )
Bench
2x5 @ 45
1x5 @ 55
5x5 @ 65 ( again up from last time, and still felt pretty good, can’t wait to up it again next pattern A day!!)
Barbell Row
5x5 @ 75 ( ok, so this was weird, because last time I struggled alot, and today it seemed super easy, I checked my weight on the bar about a trillion times… I still think I either put too much on last time… or am just crazy… so it felt good, REALLY good… I guess ill try to up my weight next time!!! )
Ok so as is the theme of this workout… I am super pumped about my pull up situation… at the rate im going In 12 weeks I might actually be able to do real ones… ok well I hope its alot sooner than that…

oo i would also like to note that on days when i am not doing my 5x5 workout… I am probably playing soccer or squash, or doing a different workout with a friend… I only record 5x5… cause it’s what matters right now

I was lookin up squat vids and came across this guy called mehdi…his program is called stronglifts. It does not include pullups and dips… its just a personal goal to be able to do a million pull ups haha
