ZEB: How Bout A Pic?

One thing is for sure:

ZEB has a hell of a lot of time to spend posting on an internet forum.

Not that I don’t spot out and enjoy posts from recognizable regulars like RIT and others, but there’s a point where a guy just spends too much time on the internet.

I betcha don’t see EverQuest 2 freaks dodging an oppurtunity to show off the level 99 Paladins they’re rewarded with for spending that kind of time online : P[/quote]

This is the most unbased idiotic and outright absurd comment i have ever read in my life! the max lvl is 65 pal get it right ! . 99 heh some people…crap wrong forum

Limbic, It was a joke.
I couldn’t give a sht how many times you post about the Nautilus Pullover. When I start reading a post I’m not interested in - I just skip over it. I was defending Zeb earlier in the thread.
I don’t agree with most of the stuff I read on this site and I think that too many of the threads appear to be like pis
ing matches between macho men.
I particularly hate the threads where people ask for a specific piece of advice and are then given twenty answers to a different question, slagging off their training methods.

I was joking around as well, however, I will say this much. This IS a bodybuilding/weightlifting/powerlifting forum. It only makes sense that at some point in time, the actual progress you have made will be called into question. Does that mean you have to answer with a current photo? No, but in this internet world of brags and boasts, does it really make sense for anyone to say that someone’s progress does NOT matter at all on this forum? So, some 80 year old grandma can log in under the name “built&huge”, post some random basic info on chest presses and no one should ever ask “her” for a photo? Get serious. I know that request may place fear in the hearts of those who don’t appear anything at all like their claims, but don’t attempt to act as if the request is invalid.

I think posting about training methods is one thing. Posting about the size of one’s massive guns, and cannon ball shoulders is another.

If Zeb gets on these boards and brags about his physique, then photos should be produced to back up his boast.

But since he has yet to mention his build, except to say his is normal, what good would pics serve? I guess one has the right to ask, but Zeb has the right to say no.

Besides, rumor has it that Zeb is wanted in several states for various offenses and is trying really hard to keep a low profile.

I hope nobody else reads this crap. The thread really should have gone like this:

“Zeb, post pictures.”

“No.”

“Fine.”

He pulled the same crap on the Bootcamp article. I only read his shit when I have time for endless, mindless entertainment.

But what fun would that be?

Atreides:

Really? Then why are you recommending my programs to trainees?

Atreides stated: “If you are still in basic shape check out OVT by Christian Thibaudeau. If not, you may want to stick with Zeb’s program.”

Were you trying to steer the guy wrong? Oh my…

I agree with oboffill.

hey, is this the “Testosterone” forum or whiny bitch forum? seriously, who cares. take people’s advice if you want, or ignore it if you don’t. good to see you’re using your time productively…dumbasses.

The body of someone who can do 40 chinups…

go down to about half way.

Well, there’s a guy in my gym who’s 40+ who says his best chins were 47 times. Lets see, he’s tan, 5’10 about, looks lean, like about 145-160 lbs. His arms are medium-size, not bulgy, have pronounced vein on the side of the bicep, but not freaky or spidery. Saw him do negative pullups the other day as part of his routine, that’s about it.

Zeb has graciously allowed me to post this picture of him displaying his chinning prowess!

Look, I was upset about how ZEB represented Pavel’s methods (Bootcamp Thread), but quite frankly this thread is a huge waste (and look at me adding to it).

Maybe ZEB looks great. Maybe he doesn’t. The point is that if he wanted to post a picture he would have done it, and probably long ago. There are plenty of political and sometimes legal reasons why people don’t post pictures on this site, or reveal their identity.

You may as well have titled this thread “F*ck ZEB” because the harassing on this thread is really rude in my opinion. Even if he did have a picture, I would advise him against posting it because his physique would be unfairly ripped to shreds no matter how he looked.

RIT Jared

Hey ZEB, I know what it is. You’re just too Republican to plainly say “No”, instead you weasel away

Anyway, the man doesn’t want to post a picture, leave him alone. That actually puts him with the majority of people who go to forums. Most people would probably not want to post their picture. There are plenty legitimate reasons for that.

As for his training advice, it’s the real McCoy. I’ve had pull-ups and one-arm pushups as a major part of my routine for quite some years and his posts confirm a great deal of things I’ve learned through trial and error(mostly error:)

Arguing on the internet is like running in the special olympics: Even if you win YOU’RE STILL RETARDED.

Unless the guy gives horrible advice in his 2000 chinup posts, you can either skip over them or STFU. Anything else is just being a soyboy.

Back to lurking now.

Zeb,

You are a very knowledgeable guy who has trained a lot of years. And yes, I’ve taken some of your advice and recommended it to others. The shoulder horn comes to mind. I still use it twice a week. But some days, you can take threads places they don’t need to go. That can, at times, be annoying.

Peace brother, and keep sharing the knowledge.

For some reason - this reminds me of when Cartman entered the Special Olympics.

Pardon the hi-jack.

You just reminded me of when jimmy was juicing and he beat up his girlfriend and his mom, great episode.

Zeb obviously has several years experience, and is kind enough to take the time to share that experience on these forums. He has taken the time to graciously answer questions for me a couple of times.

Zeb also has some fairly strong political opinions, and he doesn’t mind stating those opinions either. The one thing that no one can deny is that he tries to be a gentelman about it.

Since I don’t have this problem, I will say what Zeb needs to, and apparently chooses not to.

PISS OFF!!!

If you’re that desperate for some stroke material, just run down to the drug store and buy something.
