YouTube Motivation

Sometimes after a long day at work sitting on my ass, I feel too mentally sluggish to apply great motivation to train that day. I’ve found YouTube vids of guys lifting to be very motivational!

Just watching guys like Cutler, Coleman, or Lee Priest training really fires me up to do the same. Heck, even looking at DirtBag’s avatar (guy doing front squats) inspires me! lol

Anyone else find inspiration in vids?

Justin Harris’ videos usually amp me up a bit.

I usually watch Ronnie Coleman front squatting before any leg workout.

This may help!

the figure competitors get me motivated haha

This Video gets me sooo stoked…

I suggest Everyone watch it…

Hell yea! Light weight!

I just recently came around to Coleman and I look at him and Im just like…wow. He might be the “strongest” Mr.O or BB ever. But this video is too GD funny I laugh my ass off ever time!! And it is still impresive

LOL! Sounds like someone digitally adjusted the pitch on that vid!

In spite of it, I love Colman’s sense of humor in the gym.
