Your Summer Goals?

Alright, good to hear it probably won’t be so bad. I mean, it is what it is regardless but it sucks being tinier / weaker than just a couple weeks ago. Horrible feeling to look in the mirror and feel small… then lose 10lbs of mass almost overnight!

I’ll shoot high. As close to a 405+ squat as possible. I’m at 325x4 right now. I’m gunning for it tough. I should at the very least be able to triple 365. But I’m not a bare minimum kind of guy. Just got done choking down half a dozen jumbo eggs with cheese. I’m going to hit that squat and still be 200 pounds or less. Plus I’m going to add arm size and back width.

Aim high.

Short term: Maintain current strength while cutting down to 180-185. Also, getting my 3 mile run time back down to the low 19s/high 18s.

Long term: Bench 405 (currently 365 at 195lbs), 20 pullups with 45lb plate (currently at 15), and 3 miles in under 18:00.

My end of summer goals: Getting mr. bench back over 400lbs (about 330 now) deadlift back over 500 and most importantly get my weight to ~ 240 (currently around 225) I dont imagine it will be that difficult as I used to be 260 and have previously lifted these weights, hoping my lifts will come at a lighter weight so by the time I make it back to 260 I’ll be mucho strongero than I was this time last year.

My arms are a lil over 17 and i 1 rep maxed the other day at 255. 1’m 6’4 and im DAMN HONEST TOO

at the end of summer i hope to get to maybe 285 on the bench, get my chest ip in size maybe an inch or so, and bomb the hell out of my forearms and calves.

Good luck this summer, must be a pain in the ass lifting with the leverages you get at 6"4. Lifting is pretty much the only thing that makes me happy I’m 5"10-5"11.

I find some of this hard to belive

My main goal for the year is to gain a consistent amount of weight and also get my bench to 300 or at least near it. Also to get my arms up and inch and also my shoulders.

edit: I’m still skeptical though, biceps is one area that I have freaky strength in, I haven’t seen anyone besides myself ever curl that much heh. But who knows?

Well he is 250 at 6’3" so it’s a little more believable than someone weighing 200.

Summer goals

  • Get my bodyweight over 200# (at 185-190 on good days)
  • Get my squat to 365+
  • Pull 450+ (missed 425 last week)

Everything else will come as extra.

280 today waylander nice! When I hit 295 a couple weeks ago I was like yeah 295 is nice but 305 is so much better, I’ll keep saying that until I hit 345, and even then I’ll be wanting more.

Well I can deffinately account for WS4JB, Bug and Way because if you post most of you workouts everyday in the BOI thread and make up fake lifts you’d have to be mentally insane, and I don’t think any of those guys are. Plus Way has posted pics and he is a Beast of a 20 year old.

Now I’ve posted vids before of me benching over 300 pounds at 17 years old. I’m 18 now going to be 19 in a month, and I deffinately don’t need to prove anything to anyone because I have proven to myself what I can do and my youtube channel is all I need if questions are raised. My lifts have been consistently going up for the past six months and I think a 405 pound bench is very doable in the next few months, God Willing my shoulder heals, which I have much faith it will.

Now if you weren’t talking about any of those guys I don’t blame you for questiong peoples claims.

I shouldn’t be explaining myself because It is a bitchy move, but people call BS on everything and it pisses me off when it’s not BS.

Short-term goals (within the next month)

  • Get back to my heaviest weight again, but leaner than before.

I think I can do it. Muscle memory is on my side and I’ll eat a cleaner diet.

  • Get back to where I was in every lift

Not all of my lifts went down with my weight loss. Some didn’t at all and I grew stronger in a couple. However, some, like deadlifting… I lost so much strength it blew my mind.

  • Learn to sleep

  • Reteach myself to eat

By september:

I’d like to reach 200 for incline benchpress for a set of 3. 5lbs every week would get me there pretty easily. I can pull it off if I just fucking eat.

I’d like to be about 5lbs heavier than I ever was before. That’d put me at like… 131… woooo.

I’d like to continue to be able to curl my own bodyweight except with no lower back. Using lower back is so addicting!

Austin Bicep are you the 18 year old with 18 inch arms, if so I wanted to say keep up the good work. I am 19 with 19.5 inch arms the last time I checked, so I guess I am keeping up with the age to bicep size ratio.
