Your Poundages on These Lifts?

The next workout I’m doing is Hybrid Hypertrophy by Chad Waterbury. I was curious as to how much you could do on the first days lifts? I have taken this week to find out my RM for each exercise. So was curious what all of yours are if you care to share them.

I listed the exercise and the loads below. Close-Grip Bench Presses are first and you are required to find out your 6RM, 5RM, 3RM. After I get done with the second day exercises I’ll post them.

DAY 1

Exercise: Close-Grip Bench Presses
Loads: 6RM, 5RM, 3RM

Exercise: Barbell Skull Crushers
Load: 14RM

Exercise: Deadlifts
Loads: 6RM, 5RM, 3RM

Exercise: Front Squats
Load: 14RM

Exercise: Chin-ups
Loads: 6RM, 5RM, 3RM

Exercise: Straight Arm Cable Pulldowns
Load: 14RM
