Total elite in 242, 275, and 308 - starting at 242… my best lifts would put me almost exactly at elite for 242 in APF, so I just gotta get that done first and I’ll be a third of the way there!
Edit: Does anyone know where the usapl raw classifications are? I can’t seem to find them… and I want to hit some raw elite numbers on the way up haha.

I have a meet coming up in 2 weeks so I would rather not think of goals other than what I have in mind for the meet…

Dead-3.5xbw
Clean-315lbs
Snatch-225lbs
Get back to a 40" vert and sub 4.5 second 40 yard dash. Not quite 3 months removed from knee surgery so I have my work cut out for me.
My other goal is to lift my whole life. 50, 60, 70+.
