My personal record is 3 centimeters around my upper arms in 6 months. Did it with only bodyweight exercises.
When I first started lifting back when I joined this site. My arms grew two inches or so while I lost 40 pounds of lard over a 5 month period.
When I first started, I gained around 2 inches on my arms in 6 months. The growth has slowed significantly since then, took another 1 1/2 years to put on 1.5 inches.
30 inches.

the best way to add size to your arms is to incorporate thick bar training every other month no more then 6sets per bic. and tri. This will cause more irridation thru out the arms.(activating muscles)You will get a pump that will feel like your arms are about to explode.I think in the nere future alot more people will be training with thick bars and getting results they dreamed of.Thick bars are not intended for wimps what i mean is that the weights that you use will be a light lighter and the pump that you get is down right freaky to freaky for some people and also to hard on the arms.Try them out for a couple of months then go back to the regular barbell and see your strength go thru the roof.
VERY IMPORTANT make sure when your using the thick bar that you are ALWAYS squeezing the bar with alot of force .THIS IS A MUST.Do not have lazy hands that just wrap around the bar.Ive been training for 20 years my dad who is 65 and still pulls over 500 also owns his own gym.Ive tried all kinds of equipment ,techniques, methods, supplements, you name it.I belive this is the missing weapon that we all need.

fuck you asshole
I started training again 3 months ago. I didn’t measure at the start, but am sure I made significant gains. I know I’ve gained 9/16" in the last 1 1/2 months. I’ll update in another 4 1/2 months…when I hope to have gained another inch or two.
14" to 16" in a little over 6 months. Newb gains.

Same here. 14" to 16" in around my 1st year of lifting. I’d strangle a baby panda to get from 16" to 18" that fast.
When i first started lifting seriously they went up 2 inches. I maybe gained another 1/2 after that which brought me to 16.5. This past year I have dedicated myself to eating and they are just under 18 inches.
You know you’ve accomplished something when most XL shirts are tight!
