I’ve added about an inch to my arms in 3 1/2 months. Is that a good rate or is my growth retarded a bit?
Chest was around 40 or so…I sadly couldnt find the previous measurement - but im pretty sure thats higher.

It’s all relative. Your biceps don’t float around in the air. They are attached to the rest of your physique. Thus, any progress made in a certain area has to be judged against the whole physique. The key thing is to look at size ratios between body parts. If you managed to put an inch on your bi’s while keeping the rest of your physique unchanged, then that’s awesome. If, however, you put 3 inches onto your waist simultaneously, then that sucks, and you probably looked better before. Individual measurements don’t mean shit. Bodybuilding is about creating visual illusions.
