YOUR dieting and supplement results

I think we should start a thread where people report the details (or names) of the diets that they are on, or have done, along with the results of the diet, and if they were able to keep off what they lost, or keep on what they gained. Also include any supplements and dosing cycles.

I'll start: for 5 weeks I've been on a diet where I eat 95g fat, 80g carb, and 260g protein, with meals governed by Massive Eating principles. Lifting 4 times a week, cardio twice a week for an hour. Androsol: 70 sprays @ 8am only, MD6: 2 caps @ 8, 1 @ noon, 3. T2: 1 cap @ 8, noon, 3. I went from 182 @ over 20% b/f to 167 @ 8% b/f in 6 weeks. No LBM loss and minimal gain. Roughly 15 lbs of fat lost. NEXT!

I’ll go back 4 months to start. I was on Massive Eating + 500 cals. I just stuck to the basic free weights movements for workouts. The only supplements I used were 10-25G protein for variety. I gained 30 pounds in 3 months and although my waist was 40 inches, my abs were more visible than before I started the diet. For three weeks I have been on a cutting phase with Massive Eating -35% w/ protein and combat training. I lost 15 pounds, no size off arms, a little fat loss off legs (I say fat because I was stronger when I found a place to lift), gains in chest/back, 2-3 inches loss off waist. That puts me at 185, 15 pounds more than prior to Massive Eating and MUCH nicer abs. As soon as my gym re-opens I’m going to bulk again and correct my width problems with the advice from the forum.

Well, for 8 weeks, I have been on a sort of “Anabolic Diet”. 100g carbs/day, 160g protien/day and 130g fat, all this on non workout days. On workout days (3 per week) I carb load with an extra 100g. Average Cals is 2450/week. I weighed 178, 8 weeks ago and now 172. It was not my plan to loose weight, but to consolidate so I have now changed as follows. 75g carbs, 250 protien and 200 faton non training days and an extra 125g carbs on training days, approx 3300 Cals/week. Only on one week, but weight has stabilised. Problem is, when loosing the 1Lb/week, I was convinced little of it was fat, but there you are. Will keep you posted over the next few weeks. By the way, for supplements, they do nothing for me, I just use a protien powder.JR

Three weeks ago started at 5 ft 11, 216 lbs, uknown bf%, probably 16-17 %. I eat 250-260 g protein, 40-50 g fat, 120-140 g carbs according to Massive Eating principles divided to 6-7 meals. I lift 4 times per week, 4 cardio sessions per week, 25 minutes each. I use 3x25 mg ephedrine with a lot of caffeine and some aspirine, 100 mg T4 and 3x425 mg Metformine daily / will stop all of them in ten days. I do not want to weigh myself, but I think I should be around 200 lbs by now. I lost a lot because I started dieting after overeating and cheating for 3 day, so I held a lot of water. I plan to stick with this plan for another 5 weeks and then weigh myself and post the results. I am satisfied with the progress eventhough I feel a bit flat and there is no pump during training.

you have abs with a 40 inch waist? only heard of that on pros. how tall are you?

I am 5’8. I had some lines at 40 inches. Now I am about 37-38 and I’ve made a lot of progress but still my abs aren’t nice and lean, just more defined than they were.
