If you’re not progressing you’re doing something wrong, fix it.
Don’t fool yourself. Fooling everyone else around you is fine, and sometimes necessary, but always be honest with yourself.

Take all the money you were going to use for supplements and go to the grocery store.
Stick the basics - Bench, Squat, Deadlift, Overhead Press, Chin, Row and Dip (I think this was already said)

Striped shirt = solid tie OR no tie
Solid shirt = pattern tie
Solid Tie only goes for formal weddings, funerals & “black Tie” events.
Pattern tie + Striped shirt = optical fucking illusion.
Don’t just do squats and milk.
Try everything first and WRITE IT DOWN learn what works for you, then once you figure that out, stick with it. Once you know what works, the results will follow.

The secret is there is no secret.
A short answer won’t cut it. Unless you have really great genetics, this is a pursuit where you have to pay your dues big time. Getting a lot of experience with the weight lifting world and with your own body is the name of the game. I’m still learning after ten years.
With that said: to paraphrase Dan John- any program will work for 2-6 weeks, all programs will start to stall after 6 weeks-has been golden advice for me.
Pain is just weakness leaving the body.
