I have it on back day alot. I yawn like a million times between sets. Feels good.

with enough caffeine in ya, there isn’t much yawning.
i actually stopped drinking coffee well, i definately cut back i still have a cup here and there.
just figure if my goal is weight gain why do i want to speed up my already fast metabolism?
I personally doubt that my consumption of caffeine anhydrous preworkout has any lasting effects on my metabolism. I find it to be a great aid. Back day with a “good” dose of caff is hard to beat. I do cycle my usage now due to my built up tolerance to the stuff. Up to 2 grams preworkout. That just ain’t no bueno.

This is a good thing, imagine how badass you look doing a heavy set of whatever then just yawning like it was nothing.
Hahahaha! Their sure is alot of useless and funny comments coming from this topic I brought up. This one tops em all though. Well put! I never thought of it that way. That would look bad ass.
Glad I could make everyone yawn!

2 grams??? Holy shit! My eyes would pop out of my head with that much in me! That’s equivilent to 10 coffees at once!
i yawned when i read the title. yah, it’s a way to keep your brain from overheating by bringing in oxygen. handy
I yawn sometimes in the gym… sometimes right before my heaviest set of squats or something dangerous. Kinda sucks…
I read that yawning is actually correlated with stress. For example, soldiers yawn before combat actions, athletes before competition, etc. Maybe that has something to do with it.
I almost fall asleep after going to the gym, probably means that I’m overworking or not eating right though.
I yawn in the middle of sparring matches and competition matches when we are either distanced or i have a dominant ground position. It happens all the time and some guys get really pissed off about it. Like im too bad ass to take this seriously. random as. And during lifting I yawn tons between sets of certain lifts.
I imagine its for oxygen. and likely stress. Feels fucking good though. gotts get out of this thread though. I cant stop yawning and my eyes are water cause of it. it happens every time i type it. SHIT!
