This seems to be trending (there is a guy on YouTube that IIRC is doing this. Mike Van Dusen or something I think is his name), or at least I’ve heard of a few people trying it. Not for me, but I think it should be better for performance than just Test at like 200 mg/wk.
I don’t remember his name, but he’s also a member on another AAS forum, I think he ran 100/50 test/tren and said he got fantastic results and still had very solid blood work. So I figured I’d give it a shot. I’ll probably run this until mid august and then I’ll add deca.
My plan for my next cycle is basically the same as last cycle since it worked so well: 300/600/150 test c/deca/tren e. I’ll be swapping the NPP with deca so I don’t have to pin every friggin day. Frankly I could have made a lot more progress with my last cycle, but I’m trying to keep all my cycles 8 weeks or less at this point. It just gets to be too much pinning for 15-16 weeks, especially when I’m already minimizing my time between cycles. If I wanted to do a 16 week cycle going into nats, I’m already a week behind lol, and I’ve only been off for 2 weeks
I’ve been thinking about cycle length a bit lately too. Does it makes sense to blast a good amount of AAS for short duration, or a lower amount for longer? I think some of it comes down to individual wants / desires and what sides one is worried about. My blasts have been 13-16 weeks, but perhaps 8-10 is a good amount?
I may try that out for the next one. Our goals are different, and my goals are lower than yours (basically maximize what I can hold on a cruise dose that is reasonable for long term health, and not get sides other than acne).
Idk man, honestly all of this stuff is so individual, you’d have to try it out and see how you like it. My last few blasts were: 1.4g for 12 weeks, 650mg for 7 weeks, 1.1g for 7 weeks. My next one will be about 1150mg for 7-8 weeks. The longs blasts just seem laborious after a while, and I don’t enjoy it

I don’t think I’ve seen you anywhere in awhile.
Well I was prepping for the national championships and tore my left bicep about 12 days ago now.
I mostly stopped posting on here because I felt like I was posting into the internet void. I already track all of my training so posting about it on here just felt like double work for the sake of writing it down twice
