I am thinking of ordering a squat video. I have read all the articles and I feel I have a good understanding of how to perform box sq, but I also feel my form my really be holding me back because I can box sq only about 20-30lbs more than I can two board press. So I think I might benefit from actually seeing.
So I am wondering what would be the best sq workout to get, I saw three at elite: Brent Mikesell Sq tape, Squatting Secrets, and Sq workout. I will probably get the Sq secrets as it seems to cover the basics and De work. But the other two look like they have some great info as well. Anyway just wanted to get some opinions from others who may have seen all of’m.
get them, they are good. Nothing better than seeing them.
Try to get boith Westside Videos if you can. If you had to pick one I’d go with the squat workout. It is the older of the 2 I think but it goes over so much and shows you about 10 different Max Effort workouts.

But does the squat workout go into detail about box squat form? The sq secrets says it does this, so that’s why I was thinking of getting this one first. I don’t have the money for both right now, I’ll have to pick up extra shifts.
snippdawg- yes the sq work out videos does go over box squating and there are a lot of dynamic sq workouts on tape 1 and then 10-12 max eff workouts on tape 2…and soem meet shots at the end…its a great video…i plan on getting that mikesell tape really soon it looks awesome on his sight and he is unbelivable…bm
