Damn I really wish I’d filmed that 195 if only for my reaction. I had missed it like 20 minutes prior, but the second time it went up so fast I kinda surprised myself. I got so excited I just started yelling “FUCK YEA!” a couple times haha.

Hey vinny btw what is your form like on log clean and on the press portion as well?

You use like a jerk right? That’s what I’m trying to get as well. I have a very hard time doing a split jerk though, I was just going wide with my feet to try and get under it.

And on the clean portion I’ll probably have to figure out the real form, because my biceps kinda hurt from doing it the way I was doing.

I tried doing these to get ready for a strongman and it was awkward as hell. Your form looks good, but i’m not sure how log form is supposed to look. I jerked and almost double squatted in order to get under it and drive it up. Obviously, i’ve got power at the bottom but not as swole as you on top.
