Are Triceps / Hammer Curl Bars worth the investment? I already have an EZ Bar.
Nah, I wouldn’t bother unless you have $20 burning a hole in your pocket and you don’t see anything more worthwhile.
Football bars are great IMO. You can do everything you’d want to with the tricep bar and more. Much better use of money.
