
ok, what i am writing about has nothing to do with ories whatsoever. I just wanted to get your attention. OK now take out the images of sex sessions on the bench because this is not what this is about. This is just a reality slap and getting on the train back to the basics.
This post is for those that have stopped keeping it effective and simple and instead are just complucating everything. This is for the beginners that are on ronnie coleman’s training porgram. THis is for the skinny guys that throw heavy weights around and get nothing but hurt joints and haemoroids out of it. Even those with experience might want to get reminded a thing or two.
BREAD AND BUTTER
Now everyone just lift weights and go on the treadmill. Thats all they do. When i go to the gym i see guys spending ages on machines or curling that dumbell. Too many people have forgotten the benefits of pushups, pullups and dips. I have seen big bodybuilder type guys who couldnt even do 10 reps of proper pushups. pathetic.
PROPER FORM
I see guys that just throw the weight around like its a doll, and dont keep their back straight. these guys think they are doing well, because they are lifting really heavy weights.
Keep your back straight in all exercises and only move the limbs you are supposed to and leave your ego in the toilet. Its QUALITY and not quantity that matter. I would rather lift girlie weights in proper form that throw around massive weights. I am the one that will actually get the muscle stronger and bigger. you will just get sore joints, a bad back and thats it.
ALso, a lot of people do pushups, as if they are fucking the floor. Keep the back straight, and the abs tense and only bend the elbows morron. All the way down and all the way up.
OLD SCHOOL
open your mind and use open tools. machine and weights arnt the only way to get strong and muscly. Thedaddys of strength training all all cable expanders.
YOu know those steel twirly cables with a handle on each side and you had to stretch it in front of you?the ones you would find in your daddys garage. Thats the one. Well all the daddys of strength training got strong with this. Its the cornflakes of strength training i tell you. I have actually challenged a lot of my gym rat friends to give it a go, and they couldnt stretch it an inch. So much for bulging muscles.
TEMPO
dont do it too fast but dont do it too slow. Fast is for those guys who can only give 5 mins of their time to their girl and slow is for those that bhore their girls to sleep while they are still going in and out so slowly. JUst keep it at a normal pace. FEEL the muscle working. FEEL IT SON!!!
CALORIES.
‘get as much calories as you can’ is something we hear a lot in the bodybuilding world. IT doesnt mean to stuff yourself with fat junk crap. It means drink your protein shake religiously and take in loads of complex carbs and protein. There you go:)
