We’ve been struggling lately to get to the gym together, but hopefully we will get back into a good rhythm soon. Unfortunately, as mr popular said, he is leaving soon, and while I can train by myself, it is better to have him there.
Tonight we will finally be in the gym again to train chest and back. Numbers will be posted soon. And eventually I will get around to posting some starting numbers, to see what kind of changes in strength I’ve made.
MY workout tonight was basically the same
BP 195x6
Incline Bench 135x15
Cable Rows 190x8
Chinups x 8, 5
And yes, I did the hanging stretch with a 50 pound plate for two minutes. It felt good.
Does anybody here lift? Aren’t you some of the same guys complaining about this site, especially this forum, not being enough about bodybuilding? Yet all you do is waste your time trying to find something gay in two people training together? I personally would love some real tips from somebody with actual skill and noticeable results.
As mr popular said, why not go make your OWN thread about how gay we are, and you guys can discuss it all you want and draw little dicks all over our pictures or whatever you want to do. But seriously, if nothing else it is just rude to waste the space in our log for your pointless insults.

Typically we do a hanging lat stretch at the end of each workout. eeu743 did his very well, but when it came time for me to strap up… it just didn’t feel right. There was too much pressure on my wrists, and we eventually were tired of wasting time so we decided to skip it.

It’s true, you misunderstood what we has posted and gave us advices that based on that misconception.
Besides that, this is a pretty disappointing showing.
A strange thing about our arms work is that mr popular is generally stronger in the bicep movements, yet my biceps are bigger, if only slightly. Maybe he just cheats on his form a lot.

Just looking through this site, I find it hard to be personally offended by the general uselessness of the posts in our log.
It seems that this behavior is the norm, at least for many of you, rather than the exception.
As I asked before, do any of you actually lift? If you do, how many of you do it seriously? As of now, bodybuilding is my biggest priority, and many of my goals in life are focused solely on it, and I would love it if somebody worth while gave some useful input. But until then, please continue. Feel free to post your own pictures and stats too, we could get a whole big log of our progress going.

My barbell pressing has stagnated lately, as has mr popular’s. We’re considering a new exercise, because it has been about three or four weeks since we made any progress. Any suggestions as to a good replacement?
Everything else was pretty good. mr popular will be out of town all next week, so hopefully I can get in some good workouts and see if I can’t catch up in the areas I’m lacking.

You try switching up set and rep schemes for the overhead press. that always busts me through a plateau. You could do clean and jerks or some isolation lateral type raises but i can’t think of any exercises besides those. whats up with the video, thats not one of you guys or is it?
