Back Lat Spread, Preliminary.

I’m sorry.

As you can see, we have some small room for improvement. We’ve certainly improved our appearance, just from knowing what we looked and felt like before and seeing muscle start to develop that could not be seen before, and from comments of people who have known us as we’ve progressed.

But these pictures are humbling. We expected to look at least somewhat impressive, and we’re disappointed to find that these pictures show that we have miles an miles to go. But it’s motivating too, because I want to come back in however long and blow people away.

“This will eventually become a 5-star thread. As eeu said, the pictures are humbling. haha”

I would put a different one up, but all of them managed to have…well they all needed to be censored a little, haha.

you look like you’ve gained more body fat then anything, hows the diet and workout routine?

He has put on about 40-50lbs since the time period of those before pictures, when we first began lifting seriously. Of course a good amount of that is going to be bodyfat, but he’s gained a significant amount of muscle and strength as well. I’m surprised you can’t see that.

Our diet and workout routine have already been posted up in this thread. Check page#1.

I certainly took the wrong approach when I first started. I simply ate, without any discretion, and got fatter than I would have liked. Lately I have been trying to eat healthier foods and do more cardio.

I don’t believe I’ve gained 50 pounds of fat, especially considering that I have made good progress in all of my lifts while gaining weight.

The workout has already been posted, and the nutrition is simply based on getting around 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight, or more.

While I am not anywhere near where I want to be, I am relatively happy with my progress.

This thread is off to a great start, we just need meaty_ass to contribute, maybe I’ll PM him.
Anyway mr popular seems to have put on some good mass in the time span you were working out. The other guy needs some more work imo, but that could be because of his frame and body type.
Anyway…fla…I mean, train on, brothas.

I would gladly consider any advice you have to offer, although in all honesty I think both mr popular and I would agree that as far as overall progress, I have made the most, if only by a slight margin. Maybe it doesn’t appear so, but since when does gaining some bodyfat mean I am doing poorly? Or does it really look like I haven’t gotten more muscular?

I cannot stop laughing

can we get pics of you guys posing together? maybe like one guy down on one knee doing a front double bi, and the other guy behind him doing a back double bi. or you guys back to back doing a tri flex.

The combinations are endless, clearly you guys should play around with your half naked poses together and keep us posted on the results.

haha…my thoughts exactly…

i vote for the back to back tri flex

YOu have gained some mass, youngblood…but the improvement is visually more obvious in the other guy’s case, that’s all. Keep on keeping on. GEt stronger and eat enough to get bigger, eat clean enough to limit fat gain and supplement accordingly…and in a year you guys will be unrecognizable.
And please don’t post any double “bi” pictures without adequate warning.

There you go. I know it’s pretty gay, posing together and all, but I guess as we get really good we will stop helping each other get better. That’s how the great ones do it, after all.

Amazing improvement, in just a few hours. Great work guys…can’t wait for your next update.
