How often do you guys use a squat variation compared to a deadlift variation for ME days?

Got a question for ya: what are good assistance exercises for my squat day? Ive done some hamstring work, and I do hip work, but what are some other good ones?
So we can make this as useful for you as possible, when you miss a squat where do you miss?
We video all these and post them Sunday!
If I miss its usually an inch out of the hole.
Lots of lube…and better lighting
Jokes aside…These videos are pure gold. Keep up the great work. Ive personally found it very helpful.

We’ll get this one next week. Here’s this week’s video.
Any questions for this week? I have to shoot it on Saturday, because we’re going to a meet Sunday.
Hey guys love the videos. Have you ever thought of doing a tutorial for the squat and bench press like you have for the deadlift?
i have a question, how does bill grow a kick ass beard?
We did do a squat tutorial. We can do a bench one next week.
Here’s this week’s video.
Bill’s beard is purely genetics, haha.
Here’s this week’s video. We are working on how to do the bench tutorial. We are actually doing some planning for it. We’ll probably shoot it Thursday.

damn it!
Any tips for a better conventional deadlift set up while in a tight suit.
Brad seems like an interesting fellow
What happened to the beard?

it was getting in the way of the huge burritos eating he does.

Bill shaved it. We think there’s a girl involved, but he won’t admit to it yet…
How do you know when you need to start using bands/boards/etc?
I’d start using them as soon as you know enough about them. Once you know how to work them into your training, then go for it. There’s no Q&A this week. We might be done shooting them. It’s actually gotten really hard to shoot them with as many members as we have. The only place it’s quiet enough is outside, and then we can’t demonstrate anything which ruins the point of doing it via video.
Bump.
Do you intend to continue the Q
Not at this time. We’ve more than doubled in size since we started doing the Q&A, and It’s never quiet enough in the gym to film them. Also, with more members I spend a lot more time helping people in the gym now.
