You should definitely see a DR about the SI joint and get a proper diagnosis. That can be dangerous/unsafe. We’ll do the raw lifter one. We have quite a few raw lifters.
I have seen a Dr., he sent me to a physical therapist, and then that didn’t really help. So it’s all good, it’s not really too bad right now, just more of an ache/tightness than anything. Thanks for the raw lifting input! Great work guys!

We shot these outside so there’s less background noise. It used to be easy to shoot, but now we have so many people it’s always loud in the gym.
How long do you keep an accessory and assistance exercise? do you use a different set on ME and DE days?

This video has everyone’s numbers as of November. Some people have hit bigger numbers since then. We don’t pay much attention to records, because the record situation is a joke with so many federations, divisions, etc. We pay more attention to lifter rankings, since those tell you where you really stand.
We’ll shoot the rest next week.
