Wide Grip Squat

has anyone figured out a way to do a wide grip (hands against inner bar collar) from within a power rack. this is due to my old shoulde mobility, im workink to get them looser

at my gyms power rack i can only put 2 fingers on rthe bar and the other 2 on the collar to unrack, then move my hands in afterwards. when reracking i open my hands and try not to pinch anything.

Sounds like you can only to the best you can until your shoulder mobility opens up, but the sooner you can sort it out, the better (obviously). Not having a secure grip will compromise upper back tightness, so it’s really not preferably if you can get around it. If possible, try using a safety squat bar in the meantime.
