I put this thing off for years. But with middle-age fast approaching and my natural strength gains coming slower, I figured it was worth a try. The way I see it, I only have so long to do bad (or somewhat bad) stuff to my body- i.e. carrying excess body weight, higher blood pressure, funky lipds, etc.- before it starts to really matter. In the mean time, I will lift heavy, eat until I hurt and probbaly take a couple cycles per year.
As well im sure most of the “users” here will out live the fat/ lazy/ inactive people that hate on us.
Why? Simply because I can. Moreso, I do not believe the government, or a man, or anyone has the right to tell me what I may or may not do with my body, my life, my physique and my mind. They are mine, this is what I have chosen to do with them.
Others ruin theirs with alcohol, or junk food, nicotene, drugs, or stupid injuries. I choose to improve it with juice. This is my life. I will never come smack the burrito out of your mouth, don’t mess with my choices.

personally, i think roids are for pussies who don’t know how to train properly. they read all the muscle mag and HIT shit, find out it doesn’t work as well as it’s claimed to, and then hook up the juice. i was temped back in high school to do that shit, for the same reason.
those routines only work for guys on the juice anyways, cuz they don’t need to train as hard to get buffed. i knew a guy who did a cycle just to see what it would do, and he did a basic beginners routine: whole body 3 days a week, 1 exercise per bodypart, 3 sets each. he bulked up twice as quick as other guys doing the same. it doesn’t matter how shitty you routine is, it’ll pump you up.
i don’t take roids, and i quit taking aminos a decade ago. i’m not big like i used to be cuz of accidents and illness, but back in the day, i got big quick by throwing all caution to the wind and using a routine my dad learned in the navy. he got pretty big using it; he got 20 inch guns in a year’s time before he quit. i did the same back in '96.
check out my comments in the Zane or Cutler thread in the Physique and Performance Photos section; i outlined the routine there if you want to try it out. i started up again in august, and i’m making a ferocious comeback so far. i invite anyone who reads it to try it for 6 months, then post results. i can’t make any guarantees that it’ll work for others as well as it does for me, but it sure beats having to take roids or swallow protein shakes and aminos all day. there’s no point in spending good money on junk if there’s a better way to do it all-natural.
