Without seeing an actual example, I think it’s the same thing just abbreviated.

I think he is talking about pyramid schemes. You know, 1x12 than increase the weight and decrease the reps for every set after it. I do these, and I find it working for me. Its all what works for you.
Or, you can decrease the weight but increase the reps, but i have never liked this formula.
