I (try to )do 3 sets of 10 per exercise, for all exercises.
Do you think it’s ok or the set/reps should change depending on muscle groups?

I think variety is key, there are many articles on here that bring light to the fact, that although 3x10 is the most widely used set/rep scheme, there are many more to choose from and they should be utilized.
I like to throw around 5x5,8x3,4x6,5x10, alotta variety. It also depends on how your body responds to different training. My legs respond well to low reps while others swear by high reps. My Triceps love high rep/high volume work, my back is just the opposite. You have to use trial and error to pick which works best for you.
Out of all the rep/set schemes I’ve used 5x5 has worked the best. This may or may not be true for you’ll, but you’ll never know unless you try.
