Im pretty sure ive seen some article, or atleast someone commenting on, why many old fashion football workouts are faulty because they require squatting 3 or more days a week. Anyone got an article link or has seen that before?
What are you exactly saying here? That squatting 3 times a week doesn’t work or that old school football workouts don’t work?
You can find an article arguing for either – I have squatted three times a week and have made gains. Fact is, if you train and eat intelligently you will make gains.
