Who's Tried Z-12?

been taking 2 a night for about 10 days or so, definitely leaves me less tired then pre-Z-12 days. I’ll be keeping a supply handy when I have the cash.

Just ordered some, looking forward to giving them a shot.

I’d tried GABA before and it was effective in making me sleep to the point where I was still groggy into the next afternoon. Even multiple cups of XL coffee wouldn’t wake me up so I stopped using it.

I’d been curious about straight GABA effects on other people, as well as the derivative Biotest uses.

Forgot to mention this in my last post - when I’m taking Z-12 only, I have dreams but can’t remember for the life of me what they’re about.

Tried ZMA for the first time with Z-12 last night and had some crazy dreams I could actually remember. I’m going to keep using ZMA along with the Z-12 and see if it continues.

I don’t understand why everyone is having so much trouble sleeping. I sleep like 10-11 hours a night and I don’t have to take crap. I think you guys might be to stressed or something. Probably need more then some pill!

Thats not really it for me. I often get 8-9 hours a night, but for some reason I still feel “tired” and have heavy eyelids as early as 4 hours after I get up. For some reason I dont seem to have these feelings while on Z-12. Its not so much a matter of quantity but quality.

I don’t really have “so much trouble” it’s just that i end up waking up 2-3 times per night and I’m tired of it. I still feel good during the day, but I wanna know how good I’d feel if I actually slept through the night.

I’d be interested in it, because some nights I have so much going through my mind it can take 30 mins for me to fall asleep

Yea I saw it and was like “Nice, a new supplement! Oh wait, I already sleep way too much.”

I’ve been using it. Moderately happy. Last couple weeks have been extremely stressful and sleep has been messed up for a number of reasons. Usually I sleep great. Z-12 had NOT actually helped me fall asleep. I hoped it would. But it HAS helped me stay asleep and get good quality of sleep. I do feel more refreshed on nights I take it while sleeping the same amount of hours as nights I don’t.

Man that’s like saying you don’t understand why someone has cancer since you don’t. Sleep issues are very complicated and medical science does not fully understand why so many people have insomnia.

I do agree that stress is a cause for many people though.

I saw it and almost got it with my last purchase. Perhaps next time. One question though…I take ZMA every night. Should I continue with the ZMA when I start the Z-12? Are the two ok to take together? Any thoughts?

Its fine, many have asked the same question.

I purchased a couple bottles when it was first released. I took one capsule the first night, but didn’t notice any effect. This changed on night two when two capsules were taken. I Woke up feeling like a million bucks, seriously. I should note that I do work at night - have for years. I have zero problem falling asleep, but if I sense the daylight outside, I will wake up. You 3rd-shifters know what I mean.

I am currently taking two Z-12’s along with two ZMA’s prior to bed. The Z-12’s have me out just like the article said – under 15 minutes. A truly great product.

Wow…only 44 bucks for pills to help you sleep.

How about you fix your life, and adjust your diet, instead of relying on expensive sleep pills.

I swear, Biotest could sell you guys anything, as long as they put out an article on it.

That’s kind of where I’m at now. It doesn’t really help me fall asleep, but what sleep I do get is like power Zzzz’s. I’m running on about 8 hours sleep in the past 48 hours right now, and don’t really feel fatigued(not that this really means anything), but pre Z-12 you guys would be reading about me on the news by now.

Man in underwear goes on killing spree, claims this is Sparta, film at 11…

Yup, they could.

Exactly one time.

Nothing destroys a bad product faster than good marketing.

Not everyone has the luxury of not having a health condition that prevents sleep.

I have a misaligned illiac bone that puts pressure on my sciatic nerves and leaves me with a permanent tingling sensation in my left leg and that alone is enough to wake me up and have a hard time falling asleep. I much prefer finding something to help me sleep then go the way of surgery which is risky and does not even guarantee success.

Unless my wife could sleep sitting on my illiac bone (which removes the pain/tingling 100%) then a drug or supplement is my only choice.

Right now the drug I use works but it has a nasty side effect of making me feel like a zombie the next day.

I would pay as much as 100$ a month for 8 hours of good sleep.

Everyone has their reason and you do not know all of them.

You’re an ass.

I have a horrible time sleeping and it has nothing to do with my diet.

I was willing to give Z-12 a shot, mostly because I trust Biotest’s products, but moreso because I need some help and I’m not quite ready to jump on the Ambien train.

By the way, mine came today. Be back with some thoughts tomorrow.

seconded. Somebody needs to troll less and think more. How exactly do I ‘fix my diet’ in order to improve sleep quality? Can you name some foods that induce sleep?

Diet is not the universal answer to all problems. Some people seem to forget that.

First night went great. Only took about 5 minutes to fall asleep, got about 8 hours and woke up without even wanting to hit the snooze alarm. Rested and alert, nothing like taking Meltonin.

Seems promising, so we’ll see.
