How about we all just post a breakdown of our best lifts and total (even if not done in comp, but to a good standard) and see what comes out.

Where? Or is it you and I’m completely oblivious???

I know he has a sick squat, but what are his bench and dead numbers like?[/quote]

He is probably the biggest freak here, and could win or be close to it when it comes to vertical jump and strength for his size, but he’s only like 200 pounds. I don’t think he even trains specifically for strength. He just gets strong to improve athletically.

I think we have a new contestant.

Just joined “E.Lilliebridge”. He puts up some serious numbers.

Im not sure many of you have seen my thread about him. If not I understand. Im a new member. I think that has something to do with it.

Anyway if you have not seen the thread here it is.

best ever squat, 680 with suit and wraps off a box

box squat belt and briefs 610

raw box squat 550

raw free squat 540

competition squat 640

deadlift with suit 665

deadlift belt only 620

bench 390 RAW at 198lb touch and go gym lift, 2 weeks later did 365 with a pause with a single ply denim shirt at competition, just missed 385 at same comp, uneven lockout gave me 3 reds.

close grip incline 335x1 RAW(no that is NOT a typo bitches, member georgia thunder can verify this lift)

dumbbell seated shoulder press 100lbs x20

close grip flat bench 335x3

flat bench RAW 5x5x325 all reps paused.

jerk from rack 330x3 350x1

power clean 350x1

snatch grip high pull 330x3(to mid chest)

power snatch 220

shot put 54 feet(16lbs)(this was a training throw, never hit 50’ in a meet)

scottish hammer (22lbs) 80’

56lb weight for distance 30’

28lb weight for distance 61’

56lb wob 12’

18lb open stone 36’

best coefficient squat, 600 at 192lbs (adfpa with equipment that would be a joke by todays standards and what would be ipf strict judging standards) this was also drug free and i consider my best lift ever.

shit, thats a lot of history right there.

i am most proud of the numbers i hit as a still very young man (18-20 years old) in the 181-198lb class in the very strict drug free ADFPA (NOW USAPL/IPF) with squat suits i could put on by myself with little to no assistance, and so nonrestrictive that i left the suit on during benching and deadlifting, and no bench shirt.

Yeah, your 455 inclined bench press is monstrous. You probably are the strongest in here until Andy Bolton starts posting in this thread.

I am andy bolton.

I win.

Have fun catching up to me, mortals.

I train in a great hardcore club and I get to see a lot of insane shit. But there’s something about a 500+ raw bench that never fails to impress the hell out of me. Considering that just about any commercial or university gym has a few guys that bench 4 plates (multiply that times the thousands of gyms and rec centers across the US), it’s amazing how few ever press that fifth plate. Even in private hardcore gyms, 500 lb raw benches are relatively hard to come by.

I think I need to make more posts besides ones where I post my numbers, but here goes anyway, since it requires little thought on my end.

Competition lifts:

Raw Bench: 385 @ 259
Shirted bench: 457 @ 259 - single ply

Raw deadlift: 639 @ 259
Suited deadlift: 628 @ 242

Raw squat: 451 @ 242
Suited squat: 700 @ 242 - single ply + briefs = double ply?

Gym:

Rack pull, above the knees = 735
Rack squat from 2 inches above navel = 875

Good mornings: 545 x 3 with belt

Oh, and my vote for strongest person on the boards goes to maraudermeat. I would love to put up some of his numbers.

true.

Well, I have to bow to Maraudermeat’s Dead and Pinto’s Squat, but think I can keep up on the bench.

235kg (517 lb) raw bench

366kg (806lb) 2-ply cheater shirted bench

…However, when it comes to the “funniest guy in T-Nation” department, you win!.. Sorta, I still don’t know who’s funnier, you, or that one guy who posts at the “get a life” and “sex and the male animal” section. I have forgotten his username… son of a bitch… I sure wish I could show him how much I appreciate his 6th sense. (the sense of humor!)

ANYWAY… Maybe I should post a thread about the “strongest in T-Nation as far as pound for pound”.

Koing and Krollmonster seems to be good nominees…

lol. If I gave you the same sincere compliments as much as I did with Invictica, you probably would not consider it gay…

And from what I’ve heard, Krollmonster front squats 385 raw, ATG at a bodyweight of 181 pounds.

isnt krollmonster a competitive OLer?

Yes.

My raw best competition lifts are 551lbs squat, 402lbs bench press, 705lbs deadlift, 1658lbs total weighing 243.9lbs at 43 years old.

Class of 2009 strikes yet again.

Great work.
