Whole Foods vs. Meal Replacements

I have read that eating whole foods are the best for ramping up the metabolism to burn body fat, but I was wondering if a person replaced two to three meals a day with a meal replacement or MD, would that have the same effect?

Obviously not. Whole foods take more energy for the body to digest.

How many meals do you eat per day? The few you eat the less meal replacements you should depend on. I’ll use one at the most since I eat 5 meals per day. If you’re downing 7 per day then it’s probably more reasonable to have 2 meal replacements per day.

I typically use Metabolic Drive Complete twice per day due to my busy schedule and am making good progress.

It’s very convenient and tasty, too.

I am transitioning to six meals per day. I was thinking of using a MRP for my mid-morning and mid-afternoon meals and solid food meals the rest of the day.
