I would like to replace, or rather add a couple of meal replacement shakes to my daily intake. I am currently only eating 3 meals per day & would like to add a couple of shakes to the day & possibly even replace one of my “not so good” meals with a shake.
I am a nursing student so most of my time is spent running from the school to the hospital or vise versa. Lunches usually consist of some not so great cafeteria food.
shit!
What would work best as a “meal replacement”? I am not looking to bulk up but rather have a few pounds I would love to lose for summer.
Metabolic Drive Complete is a good option, or you can build your own with with Metabolic Drive Low-Carb Protein or Grow! Whey as a base to which you can add virtually anything.
Commonly used ingredients include peanut butter, oatmeal, frozen fruit, and olive oil.
Good Deal…that is what I wanted to know! Thank You!!!

This is what i like to do. I will blend up some protein, oats, and some fats(peanut butter works great, but adding some sort of healthy fat will do if you can stand the taste). I will add in enough ingredients for whatever macros i am shooting for. If i am going for low carb, i will just make a couple of shakes and bring some fish oil with me.
