3 Meals A Day?

I just finished cutting a good amount of fat after about 6 weeks of dieting. I was wondering if anyone on here eats 3 larger meals instead of the 6 bodybuilder meals a day. I’ve always eaten six or more in the past and found that I was forcing myself to eat and gaining too much unwanted fat. I was thinking about this time eating 3 pretty large meals a day and having surge postworkout, does this sound like a good idea? My goal is 10-15 good lbs. by spring.

thanks for any replies.

I think you just mentioned the problem.

You shouldn’t be forcing yourself to eat it at all. Eat the 6 meals, but they should be smaller than the 3 meals would. You don’t eat double the calories simply because you’re eating twice as many meals.

Eat until you are satisfied but not stuffed.

Compromise. Eat 5 meals a day.

Right, you split your total calorie needs over the 6 meals.

I can’t tell you how many times I see some fat ass sitting down with a huge plate of food, and when people heckle them their response is that it is all they have eaten all day.

As if it is good they havent eaten all day and sit down for one solid hour of gorging.

OP,
If you are having trouble eating more than 3 times a day because your not hungry, you need to reduce your portions. If time is a problem, try getting a meal replacement bar or shake.

good luck.
