OHH SHIT! I bet that is the missing ingredient to get HOOGE with Peri-Workout protocols. CT needs to investigate!
not body builders but before I moved to San Diego Terrell Davis (former superbowl winning running back for the Denver Broncos) and Tyrese (douchey actor from 2 fast 2 furious) worked out at the gym I used to go to.
If anyone here ever reaches the shores of Cape Town, South Africa - then our No1 bodybuilder trains in our gym. Shameen Adams. Genuine nice guy always offering advice. He’s probably our most consistent talent and if the USA hasn’t heard of him yet then I’m sure you will soon!
I have worked out at Gold’s at Austin, TX where this guy worked out at.
I never talked to him but a friend of mine did.
But a friend of mine talk to him and told me he’s not normal (of course his arms are far from
NORMAL). Very short guy but oh well.
This thread really depresses me. I am the only person in my gym that squats over 400 and there are only about 4 or 5 guys that bench 300. It really kills the motivation. Good for you guys though.

Actually, at my current gym, I have yet to see anyone do over 300lb in squat, or for that matter anyone do more than a Quarter squat,

well most of the top level guys have multiple memberships at a plethera of gyms. At my gym here in California, i have seen a few guys such as Jay Cutler, Quincy Taylor, and a few others i cant remember. They arent seen regularly, but they do a lot of these photo shoots at my gym as well.
i saw/talked to flex wheeler a few times at a 24 hour in san jose i trained at during my lunch hour at my last job. his training was pretty boring to watch, im not sure if he was nursing an injury or something and he was talking on his phone in between what i guess would have been “sets”. not huge anymore but has a decently solid build.
claire oconnel and tracy beckham (female bbders) useed to train at the gym i trained clients at when i was in school a couple years back too.
