I saw him at the Arnold. He was no Olympia contender, but he still looked like a professional bodybuilder. He did MMA for a while, but I haven’t heard any more about that, so I’m not sure he’s still into it.
Lifetime Fitness in Fairfax, VA. Don’t think anyone works out there but corporate types trying to look good in suits. Good facility though more like a spa than a gym.
University of Denver gym - I was lucky enough to watch Phil Heath go from a ripped basketball player to a national contender. Only spoke to the guy a couple times but he was a real nice dude.
Anybody ever heard of Eugene Prowse? He used to work out at this gym in Little Rock, AR. I talked to him occasionally when i worked out there. he competed in the NPC junior nationals in 2002 and I haven’t heard of him since. Massive legs I thought he would be a big name by now.
