Obviously I don’t think this is real, but really I have no proof-other then the obvious, no spooters, the way the weight is moving and weird colored plates and not to mention world record lifts- and no idea who this guy is.
hmm guess he was in the circus, makes it see more fake. The end of this video is kind of cool, not sure if those kettelbells are 80kg or not but he handles them easily.
I’ve recently been to a gym here in Holland where they have these strange color weights. The colors represent different weights so that the diameter is uniform. I’m not completely sure but they may be used for Olympic style weight training or as a mental booster seeing so many big plates on the bar.

even if those lifts were with fake plates, the end of this juggling vid could quite possibly be the greatest display of strength I have ever seen. absolutley unreal.
fake or not,you can still tell he is pretty big and he has some strength to him
I dont think his ability should be toatally discredited
exgaerated maybe but he still is strong.

he looks fairly underdeveloped to me… compare him for instance to rychlak. rychlak may be big and fat, but you can definitely tell that he has a very well developed chest along with a nice set of delts and traps. if you look at this guy though, he just looks fat… i really don’t see much chest or shoulder development. (i mean obviously some… he does look like he lifts some weights, but not anything special).
discreditd? maybe if he wanted to be taken seriously he shouldn’t lie about squating and deadlifting a grand raw and claim to bench almost 600 raw to boot. who knows how much he’s actually lifting, and who cares?

How has this post gone unnoticed?[/quote]
I think the OP was referring to the green 50 kg plates which are more uncommon than the standard oly 25 kg red and 15 kg yellows.
The thing that makes it seem fake to me is during the squat- how the bar starts oscillating as he’s setting the bar position on his back not putting any force on the bar yet.
Look at the bar after he benches…its shaking like crazy. That dosen’t happen even with an olympic bar and olympic weights. I have never seen a bar oscillate like that before…

Yeah, I have read of guys supporting nearly 600lbs in the wrestler’s bridge but it looks like Dikul is supporting nearly a ton in that video.
As i understand it, Dikul is a “performance lifter” in the tradition of old-world circus strongmen. I don’t know for certain, but I strongly suspect those weights are not what the video says they are- the lifts just don’t look right. To his credit, I bet Dikul is way stronger than most old dudes you’ll bump into at the gym.
