X, I did not know that you writhed when performing exercises.
Interesting technique.
Is it to build a more functional core?

It’s mostly just my attempt at dancing to the music I’m listening to right before the lift. If I can pop and lock into position, it is generally a good set. The hard part is Crip Walking into squat position.

Right. I respect Waterbury and put him at the top of the list when it comes to trainers.
For whatever reason his public opinion here went from hero to zero, but regardless… his concepts come from a long line of greats such as Starr, Gironda, Pearl, McCallum, and Ditillo.
Considering that some of the most popular programs historically are based on similar foundational concepts, its odd that his hater count has skyrocketed so much.

There is a bit of a story to the whole thing, but I don’t really want to bring all that up again.
Send me an PM on it if you would. I"m interested.
And of course you can be the best man.

I listen to Alan Aragon because he told me that chocolate milk is great. So I took this one step further/advanced and started to eat FROZEN chocolate milk - better known as Ice Cream. I love it.

And If I pop for the ticket, you’re buying food and drink. And bringing matching lederhosen for the evening festivities.
