For upper body pushing exercises, I need to choose two of these three exercises:
- DB Bench press
- Weighted dips
- Standing DB shoulder press / DB side press

I would choose the DB Bench Press and the Standing Shoulder Press. You are getting tricep involvement in both of these.
Why do you need to choose two of the three and what are they for? Given no more info I’d pick
Those are two of my favorite exercises.
Out of those 3 I would pick just Dips, more effective for chest, shoulders and arms than the other 2 combined.
I would choose just dips.

personally, I would go dips and shoulder press but what really matters is which exercises are best for YOU
Dips and shoulder press, you might not be doing any benching but you would still be able to bench a shit load.
