Where to Place Weighted Vest Walking in 2x2x2

I am currently running Jim’s 2x2x2.

Mon:
Squat
Bench
Push
Pull
Single Leg/Core
3 sets of Farmer Walks

Tues:
20-minute Airdyne HIIT

Wed:
Mobility

Thur:
Squat
Bench
Push
Pull
Single Leg/Core
3 sets of Farmer Walks

Fri:
20-minute Airdyne HIIT

Sat:
Mobility

After each session I take a 2.5 mile walk with my wife.

We wanting to do some weighted vest walking twice a week.

Based on what I am currently doing where would you suggest we place them?

Either before or after training on the days of Mon-Sun

Umm…I think I found it. You already built in the time and activity, now just put on the vest.
