Does anyone know a source to get new romaleos, I tried rouge fitness, but they don’t have my size (13).
I just spent an hour scouring the internet trying to find a pair for sale in my size - 10. I want the Romaleos 2. My old Do wins have a 1.5 inch heel, and I think it is starting to limit my mobility. I like that the Nikes have a .75" heel. Anyone on here know when they will be for sale?
I would have said to try athleteps.com, but I just went there and I didn’t see any 13’s or 10’s. You might try a half size up or down though, they might have that, and it wouldn’t be that far off from what you want.
BTW, how are you determining what size to get?? Just curious.
thanks guys, I normally wear a 14 or 13.5 but the romaleos run wide from what my friend and the review described. So i was looking a half size down, as I’m more concerned with stability and the strap on the forefoot doesn’t lock down super tight. I’m more intrigued by the cup in the heel, everyone I talked to says the nikes hold your heel in place better than the flat wood heel. Fatty- I saw a pair of 2.0 10s on rouge fitness. My buddy got his made from nike, but he has a sponsorship through them and it still took him 8 months to get them.

The Romaleos do NOT run wide!! I purchased my normal size athletic shoe, size 9, and it was actually a tad tight (I have wider feet, size EEE) until they broke in!!

The R2 are way less wide than my old do-wins. The 11 in Dowins were like clown shoes on me but the 11s in Nike was like a snug sneaker (and I wear 10.5). I would get something very close to your shoe size if you buy the R2. So if you are 13.5ish, get the white 14s available on athleteps.
I will say, I like the R2 a lot.

What colour are your R2?
Koing
The r2’s are great… Ordered them off of athleteps.com … If you already have a pair of Nike trainers/frees… Order the same size… That’s what I did and it’s a perfect fit
Alright so I finally got a pair through my buddies contact (apparently they are much easier to get now) I got the 13 and they are a bit wider, but only towards the fore foot. They fit very well everywhere else. My only comparrison is the adistar (not the new adipower). There is a strap on the fore foot but it was not long enough to provide any extra compression once i had them laced up tight. The stap on the bridge is great though and i don’t really notice the forefoot because the rest of my foot is so well locked in place. I can’t speak for the adipower or do-wins, but the nike kicks the crap out the adistar. It feels like I have suction cups on my feet. The extra insole they include is even stiffer. If you can find a pair I highly suggest them.
A side note to all this, in my search i tried on a pair of the cheaper adias powerlift trainers. Those things are not a true weightlifting shoe. The heel is very low and the material surronding the foot has a lot of give to it, the strap might as well just be there for looks.
Just got my R2’s. They are fucking awesome. That is all.
