I train BJJ at the PB Fight Center in Pacific Beach under Rodrigo Medeiros:
Nice…any fights coming up?
Do you compete?
I’ve had two tournaments so far, plan on competing this year. The big tournaments for Jiu-Jitsu are the Pam-American’s at the end of March and the Mundials (world championships) in July or August. I’d like to try those, but maybe some smaller one’s first.
What about you? Do you train or compete?
BJJ @ SRQ Jiu-Jitsu, Sarasota FL.
When I am in the UK I train BJJ with Roger Gracie www.rogergracie.com. In Mexico I am an instructor at Royce Gracie Network, Leon Guanajuato.
I also train boxing at Tijuana boxing club in Leon with Freddie Rojano (boxed for Cuba at the Atlanta Olympics) and Muay Thai with a El Duque, a Mexican MT champion.
Here in Mexico we have an MMA promotion called Gracie Evolution of Combat, I am the head judge for the events (though I am thinking of fighting this year.)
I train and fight Muay Thai in Phuket, Thailand at www.tigermuaythai.com

I see you’re a big boy like myself…welcome.
I myself train at Twin Wolves MMA-Harker Heights,TX. We are fairly new school and affiliated with Relson Gracie/Austin BJJ. http://www.twinwolvesmma.com/
I have trained most of my mma at Team Quest in Gresham oregon, but in the last year I spent 3 months in phuket thailand (tiger for a bit and then suwit muay thai), 3 months at chute boxe in curitiba, and 3 months in vegas at xtreme couture.
I am leaving for thailand again in less than a month can’t wait …woot woot. I plan on going to Holland in may-july (not sure where yet).

Tiger has some really good training but I was so turned off by the greedy white fat guy who owns it (will) that I had to leave there within a week. I thought it was absolutely wrong the way he treated some of the thai people as slaves. Have you had any bad experience with him? I had a few friends with me who were also disgusted and refused to workout there.
On a side note. The muay thai trainers where great trainers and very friendly…whys a big dumb fat white ex missonary always have to ruin a good thing in the name for money lol?
