WHERE DO I FIND MACRONUTRIENT PROFILES?

Before someone starts flaming, I’ve searched these forums as well as Yahoo/Google to no avail.

I’ve read often on these forums where some of you have made references to macronutrient profiles for specific meals, where do the numbers come from?

So does anyone know of a website that lists the macronutrient profile for various foods, something a layman like myself can understand?

Try this one:

This is a good diet journal…and it’s free:

Hope this helps,

Go to Amazon. Buy one of the many many books that they have there listing macronutrient profiles. (A search under Art Ulene will provide results.) Problem solved.

This will sound dumb, but I’m not being cheap or lazy …I’ve just never bought anything over the internet before so I was hoping there was another solution.

char-dawg, I’ll do as you suggested, thanks.
