Yours too?! That sucks. I still have not received a refund from mine. It was “undeliverable” at the end of March.

I ended up having to go through my credit card company to get a refund. Then, the company ended up giving me a refund AND sending the vest anyway. Clowns.

It is amazing they are still in business. But, I guess if they keep your money half the time, it isn’t a stretch.

My vest was marked lost. But Amazon is saying I can get a refund when they receive the item back. I will be calling them tomorrow.

I had growing anxiety leading up to the squats. 155 was easier than it was 2 weeks ago, but still not easy. Breathing was lost by rep 10. Headache came around rep 15 again. Luckily, it was gone by the end of the workout. Took about 45 mins all in, love how fast this moves.

Conditioning
Tuesday

7 rounds, 60 sec between, 45# sandbag:
10 clean and press with a front squat
5 front squats

These started awful and stayed awful. Throwing conditioning in Tuesday and Thursday to keep the love handles away.

Glad the 20 rep squats is only in one set. It still sucks, but you are one and done. Tried a bar pad today. It was nice on the shoulders but made the bar keep rolling down my back. Less awesome. Will try a towel next time.

The headache from squats last night came back for this. It was pounding during each of the squat rounds. Also, I need to add more sand to my bag, there is plenty of room. Both in the bag and strength.

Huge compliment, thank you! Makes me feel better about how hungry I am today! That trail went up to 5500ft. I live at 4500, so it wasn’t too bad. When the mountains thaw, I am consistantly at 8000+. I have a goal to do some peak bagging this summer. One of the local monsters is just under 12k.

Hunger is absolutely an appropriate response to that stimulus, haha. Your body probably thinks you just chased down a woolly mammoth with persistence hunting and is awaiting the feast!
