you’re the guy that thinks he knows about steroids b/c you’re ‘friend’ is a ‘npc competitor’
cool man, glad you could make it to my party[/quote]
Touche’
The biggest issue I have with 360 muscle is that I don’t know the difference between left and right, this has resulted in a serious muscle imbalance on one side, just not sure if it’s left or right.
@HolyMacaroni I feel like one of the largest draw backs to the 360 program is the need for a commercial gym. Guys like me with a home gym would be hard pressed to get enough movements for right and left days.

you’re probably right.
but one general con of having a home gym is usually lack of selection of equipment. price you pay for having your own personal gym i suppose

For the L/R days you don’t NEED Hammer Strength machines. You can use dumbbell movements if necessary (1-arm presses, rows, RFE squats, etc). It may not be as effective as if you were lifting in a commercial gym but I think accommodating these factors in order to follow the program is worth it. Or at least that’s what bugeishaAD told me. I don’t know if that’s ‘canon’ according to you.
Im still trying to figure out what will work great for physique. my efforts on getting shredded are slow moving.
But…I gained a tremendous amount of strength and size when I did Poliquin’s GVT. If I could show you, I have goose bumps right now just thinking back on it

Is it on the same side of your body that the steering wheel is on a car?

wtf is this bullshit? holymac, i respect your opinion and your past contributions to the site but you have the time to fuck around like this and post dumb ass posts in every thread but don’t have the time to put together a decent post for the “how do you train thread?” I don’t give a fuck if other advanced members post dumb shit because Waylanderxx, Pro X, Bugeisha, bonez, Ebomb, Austin B, KingBeef, DOH have all contributed heavily to this site or at least posted about how they’ve gotten to where they’ve gotten to but instead you act like some sort of celebrity on here and post dumb ass jokes in every thread that no one understand except for you and your buddies. this is a a training and nutrition forum where the basis of credibility of the poster is based on their progress as well as the advice they give, no one gives a fuck if you look like jay cutler but contribute absolutely nothing to this site. a poster who has made outstanding gains but contributes nothing to the site is literally a fucking leech to this forum and would best be served by gtfo. If you actually think about this though what is there for HM to say? He does what any other big guy does, lifts a lot and eats a lot. He uses the same exercises as everyone else Im guessing, is it really nessecary for him to tel his split and exercises? I can guarantee there is nothing he is doing thats un heard of or groundbreaking. And if you are as advanced as you come off to be in your few posts in this forum why should you even care what he does? why does he have to spoon feed you what he does?

So true. Every big guy will say lift with intenisty and eat to match. The program is a small part as long as its not compeletly retarded with way too much volume or way to little.
that 360 training is something i never heard before but it sounds very interesting and I can see it being very effective. is this something a member here created or did this protocol exist before? then when and where? the closest thing to it that i do is unilateral lifts like 1 arm db row, curl, split squat. or were people joking all this time? I’m confused…
I usually fuck around a lot on this site (and I’m not gay, BBB) but I’ve got to say 360 muscle is different then anything else I’ve tried. I’ll put my hate/disrespect for the facebook “BOI crew” aside for a bit and just talk about the training program itself.
At first I was a little shaky, I’m not used to having a program laid out with so many individual variables that I had to figure out myself. I was a little timid (like some people in this thread) but I gave it a shot because fuck… look at HM and waylander and all those guys talking about it.
3 words guys… HO LEE SHIT
First thing I’ve noticed is recovery is off the charts because I’m only using free weights 2 days a week. Joints feel great and I’m always excited to get to the gym. It’s also easy to relax and use those left/right days as more ‘pump sessions’ if I’m just not feeling the gym that day. The front/back days are always the hardcore days and I love going heavy as hell since it’s only 2 days a week.
I’m only a few months in but I’m loving it so far, plan on running it at least until summertime before I start cutting up for beach season.
