207 lbs. 5’9" somewhere close to under 10%bf, flat dumbells 130lbs x 6 at my very peak in strength. I don’t train barbell so i don’t know. I had built up to that using HST training. I don’t think i could duplicate that feat on command. laters pk
i’m 200lbs (around 20% bf) my last set of bench (no straps, belts or anything) is 6x200
and don’t worry about having a not-super bench. my buddy can only do 125 once. we’re working on it though…he also is 6’6" and 175lbs!
35 y/o 6’ 225lb I maxed out at 365lbs this summer (doing allot of negatives). I am at 315 right now as I am trying to lean out.
My personal best is 360 at 195 bodyweight, all natural baby.
i can rep 335x3. im 18 im all natural and it sure helps that im 6’2 280.
I just did 225 after taking 3 weeks off due to a shoulder injury. I’m 6-1, 185.

I maxed out at 135lbs yesterday with arched back and spotter helping me trhough the sticking point on a smith machine.
I’m very proud of that, considering I could only do just the bar after a year of training!

I’m not sure what my flat bench is now, but the last time I tried it with barbell, it was 315 lbs for 1 rep. That was with a pause at the bottom and a weight belt wrapped around my stomch to the bench. With Dumbells, I do 120lbs for 2 reps. But, like someone else said earlier, take what people say with a grain of salt. And try not to gauge your success and failures on what other people are doing. Believe me–with dedication and focus (especially on yourself), you can go a long way. I’m 22 years old and weigh 185 lbs, but when I was your age, I weighed less and benched less. Just remember to take care of your joints so you don’t end up broken like me :-).
I’m 6’2" 260# bench 425 with pause, squat 545, deadlift 570. I find my biggest disadvantage in the bench for me are my long arms.
DB- 120x2 for 3 reps/BB- 345 for 3 almost 4 reps. I did this on chest day last week after reading this post. Nothing special,but not bad for a 44 yr.old fart. Not much into max shit these days, form and feel much more important. Shit, this was the first time I did BB benches in ages, db’s much more effective and injury nice for an old fart like me. I’ll shut the hell up now.
