What's Your Hardest Routine?

Everyonce in a while, I do full body workouts. I did this once:

3 sets x 3-5 reps Flat BB Bench
3 sets x 2-4 reps Deadlift
3 sets x 3-5 reps Flat BB Bench
3 sets x 2-4 reps Deadlift

3 sets x 45lbs Chin ups
3 x 45lbs Dips
3 sets x 45lbs Chin ups
3 x 45lbs Dips

Man, that was rough. But felt GREAT. I have no real rhyme or reason behind it, just gave it a go. It’s usually what I do when I miss a few days of the weeks workout (work can be a bitch and unpredictable sometimes). It’s kinda like my make-up workout. But Ive only done it 3x I think in the last year.
