Oatmeal, then orange juice, then cereal, then I go to sleep then wake up and wonder if I’ve eaten breakfast or not and start eating again. This repeats until class starts at noon.

some type fruit: usually banana,orange, blueberries or strawberries 100 cals

1 Cup Friendship all natural Cottage Cheese(full fat) and a cup of coffee (1 splenda, whole milk).
Kinda small by this crowd’s standards, but I hit the gym maybe an hour after I wake up and find that if I have anything more I get nauseous.
eggs and turkey bacon. and a couple slices of avacado and nuts. if i feel up to it ill make an english muffin
I had 3 eggs scrambled with salt and pepper, a scoop of Superfood in water, fish oil and green tea.
Wasn’t as bland as i had feared but I did still miss the ketchup lol.
Hmm, can you add curry powder to eggs?

This works great, but I need some more good meals. I tend to eat sandwiches and fruit+ protein shakes during the day, but they don’t fill me up enough.
6 eggs, 2 slice wholemeal bread, portion of oats made with full fat milk, fruit and protein powder smoothie with added double cream.
