Uhm, one quick question: How come he’s BB rowing 275x12 but T-bar rowing only 3 plates for 12?[/quote]
I feel like I should address some things on here… first off, I did not ask for this to be posted, second off I did not think of this to be posted in the first place. But I would like to add that I have looked at most of the poster’s profiles and training logs and would like to politely say that they could at the very least learn something. I post my log mainly to benefit others…I get hated on a lot for keeping a training log on this website. I used to keep everthing in my head and it worked fine, I can continue to do so, but I think it’s a benefit to myself and others to keep it here.
To address Mr. Purple’s question, I’ve done 335lbs for 10reps on the bb row, however the T-bar machine row is a little different, not so much body enlish, different position, different grip, different stance…overall it’s a different exersize and one I like to do if I’m already pretty well spent on my main exercises. I don’t do it as a main lift. Some days I feel better than others so I go heavier…it’s something that I think you should know if you continuiously train.
Thank you for those of you who read my log, and I’m more than happy to help those who want and are willing to listen to help. Conversely I’m always open to suggestions.
front squat-500lbs
back squat-600+lbs (depends if you add knee wraps) 815+lbs equipped
bench-350lbs 600+lbs equipped
hang clean-300lbsx3 form horrible
hang snatch-210lbsx3 form horrible
deadlift- not sure yet but should be close to 700lbs
bw-normally 191 lbs ±1lb
and to be a dick…talk shit…please…if I can get enough spotters and competitant people to take vids I will. until then, have fun with your 265 back squat and your 440 deadlift. Suck up your pride and look to those of among you that are much stronger than you…there are quite a few on here and post here for others benefits…but a lot are misguided and wish to put down others that offer real suggestions…not just ones that are some internet bullshit that nobody actually follows.
Thanks,

Dude, you are so right, people who don’t lift as much as you are not as cool as you and deserve to be put down because of it. I think it is a little ridiculous for people to get jealous and upset that high strength levels don’t equal lots of log views.
I do understand your point, you have good numbers, so people should pay attention to you when you speak, I get that and have always been open to advice from stronger lifters.
However, I am not strong at all but I keep a log here so that people can help me, maybe I can help someone else, and it just gives me a place to vent about a bad session or celebrate a PR, even if no one reads it, who cares? its T-Nation, not that important.
I have looked at your log many times, while I am impressed by your numbers, the way you train is not very applicable to me and my goals, I have no plans to compete in geared powerlifting, I train alone, and in general what you do is too different from what I do for me to really be able to draw much advice from it.
I DO look at logs of people much stronger than me (Meat, Modi, Coffee) but these are men with goals similar to mine.
To the OP calm down, it is a training log section, not a popularity contest.
