I woke up about two weeks ago with sharp pain in my neck. After about a week, I woke up one day and noticed that my shoulder on that side pops out compared to the other. Whats wrong? Im stretching it out abit and is helping but would like to know other methods of treating it
Ive had a history of forward head posture throughout my whole life (damn video games) so maybe only now its coming back to haunt me.
heres where it hurts
thx for any help!
Go see a Chiropractor or orthopedic Dr.
My best guess would be that you have a scapular retraction problem. Start reading some Mike Robertson.
If your neck has really been hurting for two weeks, you should probably see a doctor.
I sometimes get something similar. I don’t know if it’ll help you but I find doing overhead squats with a broomstick gives me relief.
…and milk.
Well, not so much the milk.
Its hard to diagnose through a picture and over the internet. What I did notice was a big ass stain on your sweater. I think you should go see a doctor.
Chiropractor!!!
TRAIN YOUR NECK LIKE ANIMAL!!!
I had the same thing. Rather than go to the doctor, I posted online, just like you, except I didn’t blank out my face because I’m not that technically sophisticated.
Anyway…some guy told me to hit the shoulder that’s popped out with a small aluminum bat 50times twice a day. I took his advice and everything’s been fine ever since. Give it a shot.
