Does dumbbell help out the lower pecs more?
That area and the lowest parts of my abs seem to be problem areas. They are like the only parts of my body that retain fat.
Just so you know, I can’t decline my bench, it’s only does incline and flat, otherwise I’d be declining for the lower pecs…
That’s how that works, right? haha
Dude, When I say this, I mean it sincerely! Don’t take this personally, it’s my personal life’s/workout motto…Excuses are like assholes, everybody has one and they ALL STINK!!
Raise the end of your bench with wooden blocks or something. Do weighted dips between chairs.
I haven’t EVER worked out in a formal gym, I’m no pro bodybuilder, but I’m achieving the results I seek by being resourceful and using what’s available to me.
Guys in prison are coming out looking like pro bodybuilders and they have shit for equipment and even less for dietary proteins.

Okay, X, what would be good solid measurments for a fella at 5’10?
I’m 5’10".
This is a bodybuilding forum, therefore, if your goal is to look anything at all like one, then you had best shoot for well over 200lbs relatively lean.
I got compliments back when I weighed 210lbs. I consider that a decent base…at least on me.
But again, anyone with any knowledge at all about this knows that not all people look the same at similar weights.
This was me at 210lbs.[photo]1847[/photo]
Not bad, that must be a rather low bodyfat 210lbs.
I am 6’ and 210lbs and would consider myself still a beginner as far as bodybuilding goes, arms prob 17" or so and calves 19+", my legs are my strong point, I can leg press 800lbs no problem but only bench 220’s.
At 185lbs you need to eat, that was/is my biggest challenge, eating enough to put on weight.

I’m 210 lbs @ 5’6" tall and have been an active member of this site since 2007 and this is THE very FIRST time I’ve had the balls to try and play with the “big boys” of the bodybuilding forum. 6’1" 165/ 5’1" 185, I would humbly listen and learn from others without too much arrogance. Just my 50 year old two cents worth.
NOTE: Professor X, I’d love a current photo, you must be one big dude if you’re bigger than your 210lb photo, you really looked great there. Tim
Check my profile. It’s open now. I have pics as recent as August.
lol @ the picture of your head!

Probably not the best place to ask, but what had you weighed prior to that 210 pic X? I’m guessing you had sat at a heavier weight for a while and cut down?
