Yes my lifters do 6x6 mainly for front and back 2x a week. After a year I’ll mix it up. I’ll mix it up before a comp but the bulk is 6x6.

Why 6x6? Why not 5x5 or 6x5? It just seems like a random number

I didn’t post in the log because I sprained my ankle and then built a home gym, which I just worked out in today. I will post in the log now. Ankle still bothering me but I’m careful with it.
